Parent Support

We thrive on connected care - and yet sometimes it can be hard to get it or give it. Life and relationships can be stressful and we can easily struggle to receive or give what we and our loved ones need most.
The Parent Support Service is a new service soon to be available. It recognises the challenges of parenting and the support it calls for. The service will offer a professional led space for parents to access support to develop as a parent in ways that can reduce stress and improve the parent-child relationship.
The Parent Support Pack is a set of 6 sessions that introduce some key concepts and practices to support you and your relationships. At the end of the 6 weeks there will be the option of a review and continuing with a more bespoke approach for an extended period.
The 6 sessions will run weekly, extended support beyond this may be fortnightly or monthly.
The Parent Support Pack can help you to grow your understanding of your self and your child, support you in the challenges involved with family life and parenting and develop or increase a sense of connection with your child.
If you would like to arrange a phone consultation to talk about whether the Parent Pack could be for you when it is up and running then you can enquire here
